Not since Bush vs. Gore in 2000 has the Supreme Court had before it such a monumental election-related case. Today the justices heard arguments on this key question: Can Colorado kick Trump off the ballot for his role in the January 6th riots? The answer has the potential to totally upend the 2024 election. Political analyst John Avlon joins the program to discuss.
