The market’s positioning for aggressive cuts in the US and Europe is being tested this week by several central bank officials. All of this is pushing US and European bond yields higher and continuing to weigh on equity markets. In Asia, a stock selloff deepened after fresh data redoubled concerns about China’s economy.
