Snoop and Sniffy are shocked when a cat café opens up on Bark Street and none other than Mittens the Cat is one of its residents. She claims to have “changed” but can they really trust Snoop’s #1 nemesis? 

An intrepid case presents itself when Snoop and Sniffy must figure out who has stolen the British scones that were sent to Snoop for his birthday. There will be unique scents, paw prints, and shocking surprises.
