Thach Nguyen, a recurring guest known for driving Rolls Royces and sharing his insights on the podcast, believes that money is a tool to buy back time, allowing more moments with family. Both Thach and Ryan believe in prioritizing family over money, as some millionaires neglect their children in the pursuit of wealth.

According to Thach, you can achieve abundance and balance in life. Being aligned with what is right brings opportunities, while misalignment leads to missed chances. Reflecting on his past, Thach shares a transformative moment when facing potential imprisonment in his twenties. He made a deal with God to turn his life around, emphasizing the need to get one's act together quickly.

Thach's experience with his father's cancer underscores the transient nature of life and relationships. This is why he encourages others to prioritize their well-being and relationships early on.

Despite starting as a realtor and facing mental blocks, Thach found success by specializing in micro apartments in Seattle. He stresses the importance of finding a niche and going deep in any business. Thach's team handles numerous listings each year, and he continues to enjoy knocking doors, even though he is financially successful.

Both Ryan and Thach discuss the significance of delegating tasks in their businesses. They delegate tasks they dislike or those that don't yield a good return on investment. Thach loves knocking doors and dislikes making content in the office, while Ryan enjoys podcasts but dislikes knocking doors and cold calling.

Thach's passion for cars is evident, and he discusses lease options with various brands. Despite owning luxury cars, he still drives his original 91 Honda when knocking doors.

The conversation shifts to events hosted by Ryan, in which Thach actively participates. He attends the events for free, engages with attendees, takes pictures, and demonstrates a low-maintenance attitude when speaking at other people's events. Thach's involvement reflects his commitment to providing value and connecting with the audience.
