Today we are joined by Dr Stewart Howard who is an Orthopaedic Registrar currently based on the Gold Coast. Stew has been a Dr for 8 years, Graduating in 2015 from the University Notre Dame in Sydney 2015 with a 1st class Honors degree. He is currently completing his final years of orthopaedic training and will soon be an consultant orthopaedic surgeon with an interest in trauma. His work days consist of operating, consulting in clinic/ teaching students/ producing research so he is a very busy man. Prior to being a Dr Stewart has worked as a Physio, lifeguard and radio host, when he is not working he loves to get outdoors and you will find him hiking, surfing or maybe fishing. He is passionate about a healthy work life balance, and helping others whilst keeping himself both mentally and physically healthy. Enjoy this chat with our friend Dr Stewie Howard.
