Let’s Re-Visit the Application of NMES at the Knee.” We dive into: quadriceps inhibition, what it is and why it may occur, NMES and its utility, testing, finding the appropriate intensity, practical recommendations, and much more. Elanna is a postdoctoral research fellow at The Ohio State University and Nao is a postdoctoral research fellow at the University of Wisconson-Madison.
