About this episode

Hey there friend 👋 I’m trying something new and stepping waaay outside my comfort zone with SOLO episodes on the Pharmacist Diaries Podcast! 😅 I really wanted to switch things up and share more of MY stories and insights with you all.

In this episode, I open up about my personal strategies for staying productive as a pharmacist, mum, podcaster, and more. I know so many of us get overwhelmed trying to juggle a million things! 😵‍💫 So I’m bringing you my best tips for organising all the tasks, nurturing your mind and body, and building an awesome support squad.

Here’s what we cover:

✅ To-Do Lists! I’m all about writing tasks down in my trusty notebook or apps. Let me know if you have any fave task tools!

✅ Focus Time = Magic ✨ Blocking out 2-3 hours for big projects is key for me. I get in the ZONE with no distractions! What are your concentration secrets?

✅ Brain Fuel! Gotta feed your body and mind well...and uh, caffeine helps too. 😜 Anyone else tried Saffrosun Energy from Naked Pharmacy yet? (Pssst 20% off with PD20!)

✅ App Addict Over Here! 🙋‍♀️ I chat all about my favourite apps for productivity - from calendars to podcast editing tools and more. I may have an itsy obsession with tech organisation!
