Messiah for the Magi

The greatest news is that the cross upholds the worth of God’s glory, the honor of his Son, and the eternal salvation of his elect. 

The good news is that God himself has decreed a way to satisfy the demands of his justice without condemning the whole human race. 

All the omnipotent energy that drives the heart of God to pursue his own glory also drives him to satisfy the hearts of those who seek their joy in him. 

When Jesus asks the Pharisees how David calls the Messiah “Lord,” they refuse to answer. What made that seemingly simple question so incendiary? 

The final section of Romans opens with a question. If non-Jews have been included in God's promises to Israel because of faith in Jesus, what about Jews who do not believe in Jesus? Seth and David talk about the faithfulness of God and how he is still faithful to God's people.
