In episode two of Hard Knocks on HBO, the Dolphins have a short turnaround and prepare to face the Jets as the first ever Black Friday football game in history. In this episode we get a deeper look at the defensive side of the ball, with player profiles on Jaelan Phillips, Christian Wilkins, Bradley Chubb, and more. We also get a behind the scenes look of everything that occurred in Miami’s victory over the New York Jets, including Jevon’s Hail Mary Pick 6, Tua’s mental fortitude, Mcdaniel’s leadership, and Phillip’s devastating injury. This one brought out all of the emotions as the Dolphins look to build off this win and fill the void that Jaelan left behind. Nonetheless, we get an optimistic outlook on Phillip’s warrior mentality at the end of the episode on what will surely be a full bounce back.
