About this episode
Pauline Devor lived a happy life in Arkansas. But after years of butting heads with her teenage daughter Delores, Pauline sent her away to live with her father in Texas. When Delores returns decades later, little has changed between Pauline and her daughter. Delores is still head strong, but now has developed a drug addiction. Pauline has a new husband Bob and Delores and Bob become friends, and then some. United by a mutual enemy, Pauline, Delores and Bob conspire to kill Pauline in an evil chess game of money, drugs, sex, and betrayal. For years they explain it away to local police as a mysterious abduction, until a back-stabbing betrayal opens the case wide open.
