Kenneth and Kari Allen appeared to be loving siblings from an all-American family in Indianapolis. But a contentious divorce tore the siblings apart and sent them down two different paths. Hardened by crime and isolation, and crippled with a gambling addiction, Kenneth returns home in the late part of 2004 with a plan to make a better life for his family. His plan, however, is a rampage of murder, mutilation, and incest and with his sister Kari's help. The two siblings then make a break for it, but they're stopped by a a routine traffic stop on the roadside of highway 70, one sheriff's deputy discovers just how far this brother and sister would go in their attempt to start a new life together.
