Last week was World Fertility Day and I wanted to take this opportunity to talk about my own personal story with miscarriage and loss. Learning about your cycle is not optional, but necessary when you’re trying to conceive. If you don’t understand your cycle, there’s no way to truly pinpoint the right time to have sex.Learning about miscarriage and loss is also not optional, 1 in 4 medically recognized pregnancies will end in a miscarriage (weeks 1-12). We must also talk to women about this possibility. I was taken off guard when it happened to me.All your feelings are valid. All your feelings are important.
