Breathe until you feel
Your body expanding,
Opening,
Releasing.
PAUSE
And with your next breath,
Imagine standing on top
Of the ocean,
Comfortably walking
Along the surface of the water.
PAUSE
Looking down,
The deep sapphire blue water
Captivates you
With each step.
PAUSE
Looking up,
You gaze into a cloudless sky,
With a golden sun
Smiling down on you.
PAUSE
And, as you look
From side to side,
There is water flowing and moving
In all directions.
Beautiful, limitless water.
PAUSE
Now, imagine a wave
Just beginning to form
Beneath your feet.
It slowly reaches out,
Folding in more water
And growing in the process.

As the wave grows,
So does your vision
Of your life,
Of your future–
A vision of all the possibilities
Before you.

The wave rises more,
And with it,

Of the freedom
