I've been an operator of multiple companies and managing employees for quite some time now. Something I've come to learn about leadership is when things get hard, are you a wartime general or a peacetime general? On today's episode of the podcast, I'm sharing my virtual True North speech where I address questions regarding my 'process' and how my love for losing plays a big part in that.
