You Can't Lead If You Can't Do THIS

Gary Vaynerchuk
About this episode

I've been an operator of multiple companies and managing employees for quite some time now. Something I've come to learn about leadership is when things get hard, are you a wartime general or a peacetime general? On today's episode of the podcast, I'm sharing my virtual True North speech where I address questions regarding my 'process' and how my love for losing plays a big part in that. I also discuss how I block out the noise of day-to-day life, and how a leader needs to be able to operate in the toughest of situations. I hope you enjoy it:)
