Macaela VanderMost (Newfangled Studios) and Ricardo Roberts (Bien Studios) discuss  how and why inclusivity became a part of their studios’ DNA, the steps they've taken to make that a reality, and the costs and benefits of prioritizing inclusivity in their work.
