This is a heart to heart conversation with my beloved Being Aloud family. This community has grown to be SUCH a safe space. Since we first started in June of 2022, we’ve managed to openly and vulnerably discuss topics that maybe aren’t discussed as openly and vulnerably in the real world. For months now i’ve been receiving messages and emails from brothers and sisters who relate to my fragility and precarity and humanity, and its been making me feel seen. So i am encouraged, on days like today, to bring my open heart to you, hoping that somewhere out there, someone will feel seen or heard as well.
The truth is, friends, that i’ve officially reached the end of myself. I’m officially experiencing burnout, and it is making even the most routine and mindless tasks feel impossible.
So today's episode dives into the signs of burnout, and how we can create systems to kick it's butt out of our lives.
