The debate about the efficacy of Ayurveda versus Allopathy is not new. But this time it is playing out in the courtroom. Himalaya Wellness Corporation, a leading herbal health and personal care company, has in its suit stated that it has lost business due to defamatory allegations against its products made by LiverDoc through his widely followed social media account on the platform X. In part 1 of this episode of The Morning Brief podcast, host Kiran Somvanshi talks to Dr. Abby Philips aka LiverDoc, as he expresses his rationale for his dismissal of traditional medicine systems such as Ayurveda and Homeopathy.
