In 1996 Paramount Pictures took a shot at creating another Indiana Jones franchise with The Phantom. Starring Billy Zane as Kit Walker, the latest in the Ghost Who Walks lineage it mashes together action, adventure and romance into a pretty okay package with some wonky internal logic.
