Former NFL player Anthony "Spice" Adams who is often called by his

peers and followers "The funniest guy I know" joins Ryan, Channing and

Fred for a colorful conversation covering everything from football to

family to finding a second act with a new career. We often hear people

say how various forms of comedy are often ways for individuals to hide

insecurities or make up for areas they try to keep hidden from the

public and then there are those unique humans who just have a special

glow and ability to lighten any situation they find themselves

in...Spice Adams is that guy.

Sharing with Ryan, Fred and Channing, Spice opens up on how having his

dad go to prison when he was 4 yrs old affected his childhood and

created a tight bond with his mother who encouraged him to always be

himself and never give in to those who made him feel less than. His

love for football started a young age and it gave Spice purpose and

the meaning of what it was to really love something and uphold

commitments. From his youth teams to playing at Penn State to getting

drafted in the league to playing eight years in San Fran and Chicago

as he was known as locker room guy and the one everyone could count on

to keep the team's spirits up or find a way to brighten someone's day.

Spice took this gift and turned it into a 2nd career, filming his

stories and everyday life which has now become a viral social movement

and a lifestyle.

With an abundance of gratitude for his family, life and lessons he

learned growing up, he talks how he wouldn't trade it for anything,

even the hard times of not having his dad around growing up but today

is able to say how proud he is of his father who was able to start

over and create a life for himself when he was released at prison

after 2 decades and was able to even make it to watch him play

football with Chicago.

Known as a Mama's boy by his friends and former teammates, Spice talks

about his rock in life and shares the story of how he met his wife

early on in college and how forming a strong friendship was the

foundation of a lasting marriage and the keys to what has made them

work through it all. Focused on being an amazing dad and always

present, Spice prides himself in being the best father he can always

showing up for everything, big and small, so his children never know

what it's like to not have him apart of their life as he had to

experience for so many years as his dad was locked up.
