January 23rd: Darrell Lunsford Killed (1991)
Dash cams in police vehicles are standard practice for today's law enforcement. But, there was a time where the installation of a camera was a unique situation. On January 23rd 1991 a Texas Constable was killed during a routine traffic stop. A Constable who just so happen to have one of the few dash cams installed in his cruiser.
