Some believe they may never be rehabilitated, while others think criminals commit crimes purposely to be returned to prison because they don’t know how to live freely. On July 8th 1999 a career criminal, who had been in and out of prison a multitude of times, was finally sentenced to death. Ensuring that he would never be released again.
