Charlotte was stalked by a man who had been a patient at the rehab clinic where she worked. Years later, Charlotte saw the man around town, and he asked to meet her for coffee. They became friends and dated briefly, but she immediately noticed a lot of red flags and ended the relationship. He stalked her, and she filed for a protective order, but it only made his stalking intensify. Her stalker caused her to lose her apartment and her job and ultimately forced her to leave the state.
