Lauren Hubert MS, RD is the Registered Dietitian and CEO behind her online private practice, The Sorority Nutritionist (TSN), where she helps women learn how to eat for sustainable fat loss. Lauren knows firsthand the struggles of understanding food science because she was in the shoes the women she's coached. Lauren gained twenty pounds as a freshman at Florida State University where she went on to get a Bachelor's in Dietics and Master's in Nutrition so she could inspire and teach women how to eat and approach weight loss with a simple, flexible and actually enjoyable approach.
