Hannah Mills OBE

Giovanna Fletcher
About this episode

Gi is joined by Hannah Mills OBE. Not only is she the most celebrated female sailor in the Olympics, but Sir Ben Ainslie, the British skipper, also calls her a 'once in a generation talent.' But there's more to Mills than just her sailing accolades; she's recently stepped into a new chapter- as a mum to her baby daughter, Sienna.

In this episode, Mills opens up about the beautiful shifts in her life since embracing motherhood. She talks about the comfort and friendship she's found in a group of fellow athlete mums and teammates.

As she sails through this new chapter of her life, Mills urges new mums to soak in the early moments with their newborns without getting caught up in the hustle to establish routines right away. It's all about enjoying the simple, tender moments that come with nurturing a new life.
