About this episode

As women, we wear many hats and often identify ourselves under those titles - mom, wife, daughter, sister, etc. - but what if you took it a bit deeper? Kaitlynn Norwood is a licensed therapist who after years working in the school system has now dedicated her career to life coaching. She helps her clients peel back the layers and discover the confidence to find their true identity vs. the “safe” labels we’ve been accustomed to.
