In this episode of Travel Stories, we hop, skip and jump around the world with sneakerhead Atul Hegde. He is a die hard sneakerhead and owns more than 500 exclusive pairs of sneakers – some of which are limited editions that only a few in the world own. But of course, that’s not all, he is the co-founder of Rainmaker Ventures and has ventures across India, UAE and South east Asia. He is also the director of Yaap –a leading digital marketing agency in the Middle East, South East Asia and India and he’s also been awarded Asia’s top social media professional of the year.
Obviously, work takes Atul all around the world and so does his love for sneakers as sometimes he travels only to chase a rare pair of sneakers that he’s been trying to purchase. But what is most interesting is that it’s not a destination or a sneaker, which is the highlight for him during his travels.
