Hubert Joly est le plus américain des patrons français et est reconnu comme l’un des PDG les plus remarquables au monde. Il a passé plus de quinze ans à la tête de grandes entreprises en France et aux Etats-Unis, où il a spectaculairement redressé le groupe Carlson ainsi que le groupe Best Buy, géant de la distribution américain. 


Aujourd’hui professeur à Harvard, il a également  fondé une chaire à HEC dédiée à la quête de sens en entreprise, et accompagne des dirigeants qui cherchent à mettre en œuvre un leadership centré sur le sens, la recherche du bien commun, et l’humain.


 Le temps d’une pause, il nous emmène sur les pas de son chemin de vie, nous livre sa vision du leadership et nous raconte dans les coulisses du quotidien d’un PDG de grandes entreprises américaines.
