About this episode

Welcome to the Community!! I feel incredibly humbled and excited that our paths have crossed and I can’t wait to grow this community and get to know you personally.

I wanted to take a few minutes to introduce myself and talk with you briefly about the vision for this podcast.

I'm Lindsay: I live in Oregon with my husband, and 3 kids who are currently 15, 12, and 9. I am a Christian and have been blessed to be able to grow up in the church family since birth. I also grew up with both my parents working passionately, and diligently in education. They gave me a framework and example for what it was like to have a career, prioritize a personal relationship with the Lord, be active in your church, and be in a family who loves and supports one another.

This podcast evolved to be able to support the working mom community. The purpose of this podcast is to offer encouragement, practical tools, and resources to help us align our lives with God's word and restore and hold us accountable to our true priorities. With all the distraction in this world and the expected, hurried pace…I’m convinced, life will pass us by if we are not intentional.

Romans 12:2 says, “Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed  by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is - his good, pleasing and perfect will.”

When we intentionally renew our minds and root ourselves in God's promises, we can actively live in the best that He has for us and I’m so honored to be able to walk alongside you in this journey.
