Avoidance... we all do it! While it is not good to start avoiding things that we think might trigger anxiety, most of us with anxiety will start doing it. What I would want more than anything is for you to be able to do the things you want to do. Having a plan and executing is important. For now if you're avoiding and you have a plan, it's ok as long as you have a plan. Build that foundation to be able to do these things that are extremely hard for us to do.
