"Why Your Employee Training Fails or is ...

Glenn Pasch
About this episode

In this episode,  we focus on this idea of why your training is not working. You think that your ability as a coach or a leader is, improving, or in some cases,  you think you're a really good leader and a great coach or a great trainer, but for some reason, it's not sticking.

Many times the finger starts pointing downstream at your team,  blaming them because they're not doing what  you need them to do. They're not applying all of the things that have been given them to help them achieve success.

So how can we make sure the training is effective, it sticks and is leads to achieving our overall long term success.

Very tactical so let's dive in.
