I woke up and looked around me, I had no idea where I was. Actually I had no idea who I was!! I felt panic rising up inside of me and wanted to scream, but I managed to suppress it.
The door opened and a man wearing a white coat came into the room.
“Hello Darren, how are you feeling?”
I looked around me, there was no one else in the room, so he was obviously talking to me.
“Is that who I am? Am I Darren?”
“Yes, you are. Can you remember anything at all?
I shook my head,
“No I don’t, where am I?”
“You’re in hospital, you had a fall and banged your head.”
The doctor explained to me that I was suffering from amnesia because of the fall.
