The Scope Knowledge Area of the PMP exam covers the processes involved in defining, managing, and controlling the project's scope. This includes ensuring that the project includes all of the work that is required, and that no unnecessary work is included.

Problem solving is an important part of Scope Management, as project managers need to be able to identify and address scope-related problems quickly and effectively. In this video, we will discuss some of the key problem-solving techniques that project managers can use in the Scope Knowledge Area. We will cover topics such as:

  • Identifying scope-related problems
  • Analyzing the root cause of problems
  • Developing solutions to problems
  • Communicating solutions to stakeholders

We will also provide some tips on how to answer problem-solving questions on the PMP exam.
