191 // Breaking Free From the "Shoulds":...

Devoney Kodad, Self Confidence Coach, Yoga Teacher & Anxiety Therapist
About this episode

Hey hey love, in today’s episode I’m sharing with you why I stopped going to the gym, why I stopped trying to be “a runner” and loads of journal prompts to help you break free from all the SHOULDS.

When we can start breaking free from the shoulds, we can start actually asking ourselves “what feels genuine for me?” “What feels healthy & supportive for me?”

When we ask ourselves these questions, we start building our trust within ourselves and we start feeling more confident in who we are, what we need, and what we’re here for!
