How to Land a Plane with Marissa Jaret W...

Wondery
About this episode

May Day! May Day! This week Marissa Jaret Winokur joins Tony as they try not to PANIC about taking over the controls of a 747 headed for certain doom! With the pilot and co-pilot passed out, the fate of hundreds of passengers rests on whether Atamanuik and Winokur (aka Sean and Charmaine on FX’s What We Do in the Shadows) can stop bickering long enough to safely land the plane. Luckily the duo has the chemistry of an old married couple - probably because they play one on TV! We’ll explore what MJW thinks she would do if thrust into the cockpit of an unmanned commercial airline during a mid-flight emergency and have some fun with what the experts recommend. Will she land the plane or crash and burn? Buckle up and let’s find out.
