S4E3: The Case of the Jigsaw Puzzle

A mysterious piano is placed in the public park after a rainstorm. Who put it there and why? Snoop and Sniffy are on the case to investigate how this broken musical instrument ended up in the park. 

Pflugerville is experiencing a heat wave, but Wiggles is concerned because he woke up to find his hard is completely wet. An overheated Snoop and in-charge Sniffy are on the case to find out why.
