Brian's idea of bad audio is Cisco's The Thong Song, which triggers a traumatic memory for Nikki when a boy told her she had "thighs like what". Brian shares an embarrassing white trash story. Nikki reflects on her therapist's suggestion of putting her shame on a shelf but expresses her reluctance to do so. Anya and Brian tell Nikki if having a wedding was worth it. In the Final Thought, they share tips on handling insomnia, elderly passengers on planes and how Nikki tricked her mom into getting a maid.
