Impact Community Action Network was founded by Rasby G. Mason III. Mr. Mason’s first and foremost passion is young adults. As a young man, he seeks to dedicate his life to the cause of today’s young adults by empowering them to reach economic and educational success.
Accepting his call to ministry at the tender age of 15, Mr. Mason committed before God and his parents that he’d lead and guide God’s people into a life of relationship and trust with their Heavenly Father.
After graduating from C.E. Byrd Math & Science High School, Mr. Mason joined the military and has been a member of the Armed Forces since February 2001, serving as a Drill Sergeant; he currently serves as a Federal Police Officer and most recently graduated from the Grand Prairie Police Citizens Academy, where he is an inspiring Chaplain for the city of Grand Prairie.
Mr. Mason believes in continuing education; as a student at Liberty University, he emphasizes the importance of learning all you can, pursuing your educational goals beyond the secondary levels, and keeping God in everything you desire to pursue.
Mr. Mason attributes his success to the love and support of his family. He married his High School sweetheart, LaShonda Mason, in July 2005, and they added two sons, Rasby Mason IV and Nathan Mason, to their union.
