An Hour of Business Troubleshooting

Gary Vaynerchuk
About this episode

Today's episode is a throwback to 2018 with a 4Ds session where I help entrepreneurs get the most out of their businesses by giving them advice on how I would handle their pain points. We discuss the importance of firing employees that are playing for themselves, not the logo. I explain that you can't force people to do things they don't want to do and expect success. I also share my thoughts on diversification and never becoming complacent with the one platform you're doing well on. This is a business-heavy episode but much of the advice translates into everyday life. I hope you enjoy:)
