Skillet S'more's Dip

3 tablespoons butter

1-1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chops

1-1/2 cup milk chocolate chips

6 tablespoons peanut butter

mini marshmallows

 

1. Preheat oven to 450°.

2. Heat iron skillet on low on stove and melt butter coating bottom and sides of skillet.

3. Turn heat off.

4. Pour chocolate chips in skillet.

5. Space tablespoons of peanut butter in skillet about 2 inches apart, then use tip of knife to swirl.

6. Put a thin layer of marshmallows on top.

7. Place in oven for 6 to 7 minutes.

8. Remove skillet when marshmallows are golden .

9. Place skillet on trivet- it will be HOT. Use caution when children are around.

10. Server with graham crackers.
