This week Charli has a fun talk with Dave Warnick
As a consultant and interim/fractional CHRO, Dave is committed to adding value as a business partner with strong financial acumen to company leaders and their global teams formulating and executing the People Strategy. This includes expertise in talent management and pipelines, compensation alignment, organization culture development and delivering on people capabilities to ensure long term success.
Dave has 30+ years working for high growth multinational companies including Flowserve, Weir Group and SPM Oil and Gas, A Capterpillar Company, including 2 years living and working in the Middle East. His experience includes numerous global M&A transitions and integrations.
Dave is active in the Energy Workforce and Technology Council, previously chairing the Human Resources Committee and is a member of the Advisory Board. He is also on the Board of Directors for the Nine 2 Ninety 2 Foundation for Mental Health.
Dave holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management with an minor in Economics and a MBA from Utah State University. He has also competed his SPHR, CCP and Executive Coaching certifications.
