Heberto Castro es el Jefe de Operaciones de Gallo a nivel mundial, es un joint venture con Unilever, desde hace 4 años en Brasil. Previamente, Heberto estuvo trabajando para ADM como Director de Operaciones en Brasil responsable de Supply Chain, Business Planning, S&OP, Customer Service, Distribution durante casi 3 años también en Brasil. Inició su carrera en Nestlé y la desarrolló en el paraguas de Supply Chain a lo largo de 18 años en Venezuela y Brasil.
