In today’s episode, we cover leadership, relationship building, and feedback with Brett Crozier. Brett graduated from the United States Naval Academy, served as the Commanding Officer of a combat F/A-18 strike fighter squadron, the world’s largest and most advanced communications ship USS Blue Ridge, and the aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt before retiring from the Navy in 2022. Brett is the author of Surf When You Can: Lessons in Life, Loyalty, and Leadership from a Maverick Navy Captain.

 

On this episode of The Art of Charm, we interview Brett Crozier, retired Captain of the US Navy and former Commanding Officer of the USS Roosevelt.
