It may sound too good to be true, but my life changed and I started getting the most incredible results once I answered it honestly, no matter how big or scary the answer seemed. I’ve gone from burnout to falling back in love with my business. I’m more profitable with less on my calendar and I’m pulling back the curtain to share exactly how I did it.
When I came back to work after maternity leave I was trying to hold it all together as I was battling burnout and the business wasn’t in the same place as it was before I left. I knew I couldn’t keep up and keep my happiness. Seeing other entrepreneurs that were doing business differently made me take a serious look at my role, let go of a lot of the things I was holding, and even made the difficult decision to let go of some of my team.
In this episode, I’m sharing what has happened in my life and business since focusing on only the few things that are moving the needle forward + allowing me to be more profitable with less on my calendar. You don’t need to have millions of followers, a full team, or a crisis like I did to change your business. It all comes down to building a life with a business machine behind it, and the “machine” is so simple.
