Whilst understandable that an individual of Grealish's quality would want to play Champions League football, our hosts make the case that Villa are on track to reach that level and can also compete for trophies this season. With an ever improving first team, the country's best youth set-up, serious owners and more exciting signings to come, we believe now is not the time for anyone to leave.
Frankie also makes the case it is time for Aston Villa to look at the northern powerhouse clubs who have taken some of our best players over the years and finally stop that trend and aim to knock them off their perch. If clubs like Atletico Madrid and Spurs, once seen as 'nearly clubs', can make the Champions League final, why can't we dare to dream?
