Et si vous voyiez le sport comme un moyen de vous faire du bien et non comme une contrainte ? Comme une solution viable pour prendre soin de son mental et de son corps sans forcément penser à un quelconque objectif ? Dit comme ça, cela peut sembler évident pour certaines et certains et pour d’autres, beaucoup moins. Julie Granger est une coach et prof de yoga avec laquelle j’ai adoré échanger. Elle a commencé en étant danseuse classique, discipline exigeante qu’elle a commencé tardivement comparativement aux autres danseurs et danseuses profesionnel.les. Signe certain de sa détermination, cette dernière est ensuite devenue une entrepreneur en créant The Studio Paris et coach renomm ée à New York notamment où elle officie au très réputé Equinox. Son parcours est aussi passionnant que motivant. Ensemble, nous avons parlé de l’importance du mouvement pour se sentir bien et donc vivant, de discipline, de rigueur, de motivation et de nature.
