Black Girl Magic didn't work for me: a l...

Alecia Renece | Multi-Passionate Black Girl Creative, Slow Living,
About this episode

Hi there Beautiful,

I am exhausted. but why? why are Black women so exhausted? I share my story about being a perpetually exhausted Black woman as a love letter to exhausted Black women. My hope is to uplift exhausted Black women and encourage them to dig deep and find the root. I am on a journey to become a well-rested Black woman. It's taking a lot of work and practice, but "we will rest" (shout out to Tricia Hersey of The Nap Ministry).
