On September 10th, 1993 John Regan broke into Donna Palomba's house while her kids were asleep. He raped Donna at gunpoint only to disappear into the night afterwards. He then attempted to kidnap a high school student in Saratoga Springs, New York in 2004. We discuss his crimes and the potential possibility that he was looked at in Sheila Shepherd's unsolved murder. We released an 8 part series on Sheila's murder in January and February of 2023.
