Doctors at the Countess of Chester Hospital repeatedly warned senior management about nurse Lucy Letby, suspecting her of harming premature infants in her care. Despite their urgent concerns, the hospital dismissed their fears and urged them not to "make a fuss." Tragically, two more babies were murdered and six others attacked before Letby was finally removed from the neo-natal unit in June 2016.
