Danette Ousley is a mother, grandmother, and survivor from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She first shared her experiences of abduction and sexual assault at an event that was filmed for a VICE documentary that will be released in April. Danette’s ability to remain hopeful throughout all that came next for her over the last 30 years is truly a testament to her strength.
