Matthew Stults studies the interface between exercise/physical activity and mental stress, which his research demonstrates is related to impaired muscular recovery after exercise. He also investigates the impact of stress on efforts to be physically active. He has a PhD Kinesiology and Health Education and is the Clinical Exercise Physiologist at Yale-New Haven Hospital.
